Her favorite by far was the Nintendo and the bratz stuff.
I was going to say a little 50 dirt bike but I don't think that fits your $100 limit.
LOL I was gonna recommend a shifter cart...

Beleve it or not my when my friends twin girls turned 7 I got them each one of the CD player walkmans. Even the parents loved it, They can listen to what ever they want and not bother anyone. Beleve it or not even the cheap ones ($25) hold up pretty well.
Or look into a MP3 player, RCA makes one that can use a SD card, but still holds like 50 songs without the card. Last one we bought was about $50.
Stay away from the toys made in China.
