Man You need a dolly.I made one for the underside of the hull and then converted it for the upside down work.Real easy to build and as been very usefull. here are a few pics.

I used an engine hoist in the front,same as you ,except straight off the eye.I do like the rig You built for the front. Here is the rig I built to use for the rear end.I did not have the pump to use.so I had to get a little creative.
