A buddy of mine has a Harley. He tried jumped starting the bike and fried something. Checked the main fuse block and the fuses were fine but the bike still has no juice. An ideas? Is there a secondary or main fuse.... fusable link... anything else he can check before he runs it to the dealership?

Typically the stator fries.Especially if the battery used to jump it was in a RUNNING vehicle.Too much for a motorcycles electrical system.I see it all the time with farm atv's.Hope this helps.

LOL, that is like going on here and trying to get a serious answer to a relationship problem You have 900 people that have never worked on their own bike trying to give you answers...
What yr is the bike? That may help me find out your problem. I double checked with one of my techs and he will probably be able to diagnose your problem a little better knowing the yr.
06 or older there is a main 40amp fuse on the side of the fuse block, that may be the problem.
07 or newer, could be the main circuit breaker. 07 and later have changed a lot.
    Good luck.

more details? why were you jumping it in the first place? you have no power at all? check the battery. swap batteries and try it. your stator and rectifier work similare to your alternator, so you should still get lights. What year and model?

Thanks for the info. I'll keep you posted.
I spoke with my buddy and he stated that he checked the fuses but did not see the larger main fuse. We'll check that today.
I think his battery was low and he put a battery charger on it to get it started. He thought it was on 6v but cannot say for sure. All he knows is that he saw /smelt a little smoke and the bike has no power. Hopefully he just fried the main fuse and it's an easy (cheap) fix.
I've offered to ride the bike for a month or so if it is the fuse just to make sure it's ok. Not sure that's going to fly!
