NEXTEL customer service....

SUX!!!
did Sprint get rid of the NEXTEL customer service? While Nextel's wireless performance was marginal, atleast they had great customer service. I was dealing with billing and it sounds like they moved it overseas. I ask the lady on TWO occasions if she was listening to the words coming out my mouth because she gave answers/responses to something I never asked or said. It was like talking to Tom Brown for pete's sake!!!

I got it handled...just needed to vent. Did they make any changes lately?

Sprint has made a few changes. Usually it's pretty simple to have things taken care of through Care w/Nextel and a hassle w/Sprint. I just focus on Corporate Accounts and deal w/different Care groups.
