Can you please give me some true GPS speeds on the 28 heat open bow with a 502. Thanks

Sorry i dont have an open bow but i have a 98 28heat with a bored out 510 whipple,with some head work cams etc,and i am hitting around 82 on gps.well i was till i threw an outdrive shifting into gear..oops

hey 28 heat, my bubbie has a 28 open bow 1999 502 mpi.it goes 66 gps.he put lighting headers and had the box worked,about 4000 bucks i think he spent and it went 67 after the work.boy was he pissed.i told him the headers look pretty thought when he lifts the hatch,he failed to see the humor.

Thanks for the help. The boat now has the 502 mpi 24" Bravo and Emi headers. It runs 64 on gps with 1/2 tank of gas and four people. I will lab finish the prop in a week or two and see what I get with that.
