Just got the jet boat back from Jack at MPD. I have to say that I am EXTREMELY happy with how it turned out. Both Jack & Chris did a terrific job. It is their attention to detail that has really impressed me. The transom plate is out being powder coated, but the intake and pump are installed and ready to go.
The motor should be done shortly and I am going to start rigging on it within the next week or so. It is definitely going to be a fun ride.

Just curious... Why did you choose Dominator in oppose to Legend, AT or some of the others?

Nice cap nuts! What up with the putty sag Chris??!!! Your lucky it's under the engine or you would get a major point deduction from a certain chief hot boat inspector. Non-skid in the bilge is weird but I like it......
Boat looks great and Jack/Chris obviously do a great job.

Like Bruce said, it is not non skid. It is carbon fiber that has been inlayed in the bilge. Schiada does exotic woods and we do carbon fiber.

I stand corrected. Looks like non-skid in the pic.

yea, I agree, I wasn't referring to me I never was the cheif and I retired from my inspection duties a few years ago. I think it was mutual because they got tired of me writing the same things year-in / year-out anyway. Actually I wouldn't mind getting involved in the new mag because there is some pretty cool one-off stuff being built now.
So back to this boat. Please keep us posted on the progress. I know you'll do a great job!!!
