    No problem. It's real easy to use. Just tape, spray and wipe it shiny with a dry towel.
    and wear a good mask, or you'll be coughin up black crap for days
    i agree, speedcoat is great for covering work, inside pumps etc..its just not needed on a high gloss'd bottom or good shiny gelcoat.bet that it does work good on tin boats too!

    Dan, you mean you don't let it dry before you wipe it down?
    Looks as though I left out a step or two. Yup on the mask. Nasty stuff.
    Yes, it has to dry before wiping it down, but it dries really quick.

    I'd rather sacrifice just a tad of speed to have it looking really nice.

    I also disagree that speedcoat makes no difference. Speedcoat (graphite) repels water. A painted polished surface does not. It may not be a huge difference, but I guarantee there's a difference.
