I haven't seen too many LT's selling for $19K with custom paint and everything else. Hell stock ones are going for about $11K OTD then add the crap. Will he get 19K not likely but you have to price it then come down.

Well good for you.... Then build one and sell it then I don't care. I'm glad eveyone here is the Rhino expert. I posted it for a buddy so he can sell it and if you think the price is to high don't buy it but I wasn't asking for opionions on the price. Some people want stuff done and ready to roll and will pay for it. I'm sure you can build a sand car cheaper than what they go for but not everyone is doing it.
