If money was no option, a Teague 800.
Since I was on some sort of build budget. The only things I would of added at build would be trim tabs and Dana header on the 496HO (getting added this winter). I am happy with everything else.
If you could go back to the begining of your build on your favorite boat, what would you have added, removed (if anything) or completely done differently? What are your "must haves" and what are your "do withouts"?

I have a heck of time pulling my kid on a wake board and seeing over the bow at low speed... (28' deck).

I think I would have "done without" the dual jets...
 now that is a question that needs to be worded just right. and thought about for a long time.

At least you tried to get them to work. Most people just talk the game, you attempted, more then most.

HAHAHA joo fun-E guy. Ok maybe I should have specified "custom" build.

That was about as "custom" as you get... boat from scratch and all...
My current project is not my fav boat... but on this build... the one thing I should not have said.
When trying to ID the motor... "its just some big block GM, its a chev or an olds it will be cheap to rebuild" oh boy was I ever wrong... Atleast, I can be sure that I will have the only boat on the water with a '65 421 ho pontiac
