Wow....that is a pretty impressive number for a single engine 21...congrats.
With a passenger and almost full tanks, at 2000 ft elev (lake Mead) I have hit over 103 and it still had more, but it got a little flighty...LOL.
The boat is so light, it doesn't take much to get it going or to hit a high speed.
