Last I heard...the 1200's were delivered. Owner decided on 1200's over 900's. And yes, the boat will be staying in Havasu.
I'm guessing it's the new official TOP DOG.
Unless John is bullshiting me, he's doing 900s. The 12s would not fit under the motor hatches, but the 9s would. I talk to him monday about another matter and he confirmed 900s. The other DW32 that was built at the same time as mine with 525s and bravos went 125mph. No one knows including Doug Wright and this is out of Dougs mouth, will the boat handle 170mph. I'm sure John will find out. Hey what do I know, I'm the pussy that didn't finish it.
It is in Havasu for a while but John did talk about it going back to Australia.
I like 32 DCBs alot, but you can't compare top end mph #s to a 32 DW. That's like trying to compare a 32DW outboard to a 32 anything outboard on the race course. No contest.
