I just took a call from someone in Canada looking for 4 months.
I have a place but mine is booked. I told the guy I would help him out.
Budget is $1,500 x 4
Hate to have to pass this one up.
Bonus, They are looking to buy as well. Said they had been looking @ between 300 - 500K

Actually, I was going to reccommend Music to my ears place. He has a great brand new home with a 75' RV garage. I have a few clients that have purchased homes from me that I try to help rent whenever possible.
