I'm going to have to try that.... I think I'll pick up a good chuck roast on the way home and have the butcher shop grinded up for me( mix in a little ground pork for more fat and its the best burger you will ever have)

Some people think it's gross having Mayo on a Cheese Steak, but out here in Philly the home of great Cheese steaks it's quite normal.
I personally hate catchup on a Hot Dog...some love it.
There used to be a place in Brea on Imperail Hwy & Valencia (maybe still there) I worked across the street from it. They had DOUBLE BACON PASTRAMI CHEESEBURGERS...........great lunch but 15 years later I'm still trying to work off the effects of them.
Maybe the trendy Kalifornia version will havs sushi,...or fish eggs on it instead....
