I`m wondering if someone could do me a favor and measure the height of a marine 4.3L carb intake manifold (the older 1985-1995 one with 12 bolts). I was looking for a measurement like this http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive_...s/dia_meas.jpg
I`m stuffing a 4.3L v6 into a chevy chevette and the factory TBI intake is too tall. I found pics of the marine carb intake and it looks much shorter, like it would fit without wacking a hole in the hood. I just can`t seem to find a marine intake
