oh trust me I got lucky, my wife said "if this new 29 doesn't fit we are going back to the 26".... all the while I'm figuring plan B on what's behind the rear wall of the garage (which was the kids bedroom) trying to come up with a way to convince her that the kids bedroom needed a big ole wall unit in it that secretly was just hiding my Imcos sticking through the wall

Can you somehow get me a list of all of the Pinnacles that were built within the last 2-3 years and what the pricing on a new Pinnacle is ?!? I love my house, but would sell/move only if I found the right lot/house combo.

Sounds about right. Usually add 5' and that is the length on the trailer.
My 37' (really a 39.5' with the extended platform) is 44' on the trailer. Had to add 5' to the garage.
If the boat is staying in Havasu, I wouldn't do a drive guard.
