If it weren't 2,000 miles, you could bet that I'd be there...too much damn snow and ice in these parts! Floors are in great shape. I put a few coats of high-gloss clear polyurethane on them for now...next winter I hope to go all out and use the Duratec on it. I'm a picky bastard!

It'll be over before you know it. I just finished my first semester of graduate school...some days I just wanted to bang my head against the wall. I still have another 14 months, but it should be downhill from here. Take care, and keep in touch.
