On an 18' Hondo Flatbottom what would be the differences most likley noticed between a two blade 11 1/4 x 15 and a three blade 11 1/4 x15 prop?

Well, I ran the three blade stainless Menkens it is actually 11 1/4 X 15. The old two blade Stellings is 11 1/2 X 15. Three blade felt real nice made the boat feel lighter and smoother. Basically same seat of the pants speed and acceleration. I like it better than the two blade.
You're going to find that the 3-blade is a lot smoother (less vibration) than the 2-blade at almost every speed. You'll also most likely have a slightly quicker hole-shot with the 3-blade as well. The only reason for using the 2-blade is a faster top end which is why the drag boat and circle race crowd still run 2-blades.
