Headers at Elsinor or Perris?

Does anyone know if I can run my boat with OTT headers at these places? My boat will be ready from the shop tomorrow and want to test it on a lake before going to the river. It has baffles but it's still loud.

make sure you run water too, I got hassled at Elsinore because mine was too loud(or to early-apparently they dont like 6am wake up calls)the guy asked if I was running water and was giving me all kinds of grief because it was so loud. We were nice and just kissed his ass and he went away without incident.

perris is cool on weekdays. used to be $3 now heard went to $9. Elsinore is ok for testing and have a speed zone but both do look for water out of pipes. close enough for quick testing.
