Otherwise it's a 750cfm 4160 style. Sorry, just couldn't let that one go...
But that's a bitchen sale. Anyone interested in buying this set-up, snatch it while you can! Hard to come by two carbs, intake, and scoop such as this.

I hope my annalism didn't offend anyone....
I must explain, the 780cfm 4150 style Vacuum secondary carburetor and 750cfm 4160 style Vacuum secondary have the same baseplates and main body venturie sizes. The reason the 780cfm was rated 30cfm higher was because the booster on the 780cfm took up less air-flow space.
Now if you installed a Drop-leg booster on a 3310-2,3,4 carburetor (750cfm), it would now be rated at 780cfm. Otherwise the stock straight leg booster restricted enough airflow to cause Holley an advertisement campaign
The 3310-1 also came with secondary metering blocks, with idling adjustments, and various vacuum provisions. An awesome combination for the early generation Camaros! Now original 3310-1 Holley's aren't cheap and can be hard to come by so finding one is luck. So it is just easier to tune a 3310-2 to resemble a 3310-1, which all of our Vacuum secondaries sold do incorporate. Drop-leg booster, secondary metering block conversion with 4-corner idle, and custom calibration, Bammmmm....Now you have a budget 3310-1 built better than the original.
Now if you were to run a 750cfm carburetor with an "Annular booster" then the rating would drop. The Annular booster would allow you to run a bigger carb on a smaller motor with a milder cam (respectable vacuum) and also with less jetting.
Also another note, Holley 650,750, and 800 carburetors all have the same baseplates just different main-body/booster combos. For example the Holley HP950, which is a Holley 750 mainbody and Holley 850 baseplate. Hmmmm.....Funny how a simple "switch-a-roo" can heade so much money.
Another common "switch-a-roo" is the 660cfm carburetor and 850 baseplate. This allows crisp throttle response and awesome draw characteristics for the upper RPM band. Kind of like having a 650's throttle response and a 850's top-end (just for starters)
Ok.....I think the horse is dead again...
