This is the first 44 out of the mold. We(Sleekcraft & Magic )brought it back from the orignal owner. He was a dot commer who felt the recent hit of the stock market and was gracious enough to sell it back to us at a discounted price. That is why we are selling the boat at the price we are. The boat is brand new with only 60hrs on it. Right now we have one in rigging that should be finished in about 3 weeks or so, and another going in the mold shortly there after. Ed
