NEVER stack pieces of steel on top of each other in a hydraulic press as spacers.Sounds like an artillery shell going past when they come apart before going through the wall.
NEVER lay down an acetylene torch,unlit and still flowing,to go grab some more flints for your striker.I tackled this A-hole to physically stop him from trying to strike the thing 2 minutes later because we would have been nothing but a mushroom cloud!!
NEVER try to wipe off an object spinning in a lathe.Luckily the rag was the only thing that got ripped in half!!!
NEVER try to clean dirt off hot headers by dipping it in gas(or in this case methanol)and scrubbing away.You should have seen the surprise on this guy's face when his rag went WHOOSH and vaporized in his hand!!!I laughed my ass off after counting his fingers for him.
