Check these guys out. They have a pretty good photo gallery that might give you some ideas. I had the 6inch RCD done on my 01 pickup, and it rides great. I drive a lot so I only have 33's on it.

Here's my 2003 2500 4x4 with big block (496 cubic inch/ 8.1L) on 315/75R-16s (35") BFG All-Terrain T/A KO tires and Eagle wheels.
Go with RCD lift and if you're in SoCal try to go to Off Road Unlimited in Burbank (great shop!). Lift should be about $1500 plus $500-600 for installation and alignment plus wheels and tires about $1300.
