Try NADA but the books are totally unrealistic...only good for having a low taxation rate if in Calif.

    NADA is online at www.NADA.com.
No sense buying the book when the info is free.
It's also good for classic cars that have fallen off of Kelly.
    They don't show a 32' for '98, but here's the skinny on the 31'.
    Length: 31'
    Model Name/Description: SCARAB 31

The NADA book and website are a bad joke. They
are usually about 50% to 70% off of the real numbers. Unfortunately, unlike the car and truck
versions where they collect actual sales data and
average it all out, for the boat book they merely
ask the manufacturers for "cost of each new boat
model" and then they depreciate it every 3 months.
In other words, they have no clue what the boats
are really selling for nor do they pretend to.
Yes, the banks all know this and still use them!
Then your "shady" used boat dealers will get them
out to show you the value of YOUR trade in and
then ditch the book when they talk about the value of THEIR used boat that you wish to buy!
    What a waste of paper.

I have had good luck using the NADA...for a private party sale the "Average Retail Value" is a good starting point, then add for extras or if the boat is extra clean.
If you are asking more than 10% above the NADA then maybe you are blowing smoke.
