    Hey guys and gals,
Do you guys have information on what the maximum input torque 10 or 12 degree V drive gear boxes can handle? I am looking for a maximum torque in an overdrive ratio setup.

Off the top of my head, id say 900 ft-pounds...You'd be better off putting that kind of power in to a jet

Yates, 900ft lb's is probably a fair guess. If you think you make more than that Tom at Menkins (top of page) has just the case for you.(fuel guys would have trouble hurting them)
