It looks like the site is getting to be a little commercialized. Instead off giving advice when someone asked or talking about boat's and v-drives , people are selling something. Mike you never had those items at the bottom of your post before.

I forgot to mention, I'm sure I have asked some stupid questions to. Anderson's is a little off the wall. Maybe he put it out there to see how we would react, and maybe he needed some help. There are people here at LOTO that don't even know what a v-drive is.

This thread wasn't intended to move this section to the bench racers. For those that don't know me i'm not an instagator or anything like that. All's I was saying is to give a guy an honest answer or at least feel him out ( Don't get excited Larry NEEB) for a bit before you jump his SHIT. Poor Jim Anderson probably walked away serveral times wondering what the hell happened to this FRIENDLY Forum. Now that we have seen his ride we can pretty much say he was legit. Well, I ws told that I could put what ever I wanted in my sig as long as it's not porn. So if it's ok for me it's ok for you. That means it's ok for Rexone also. I think he's given and still gives more (and better) advice then most. Come on now, you gotta agree with that.

Here's my take. I think anyone who has ever asked for information or help with his boat on this forum has gotten it. No matter how slow your boat is. A few jumped in on "The Anderson" threads and maybe got a little carried away. And maybe they didn't. But many tried to help and give the guy the benefit of the doubt.
Dave sells parts. So does Rex. Big deal. Either will bend over backwards to help you. What's wrong with that?
The forum ain't broke. Just some guys having a little fun, some getting carried away. Most guys that get smart ass answers on questions posted is there own fault. Like 150 mph. Rex is handling it.
