Sangster makes 3 different scoops, I think one exactly like that. He can make them as a light layup or heavy - which ever you prefer. I got one from him a month or so ago - very nice - it is at Dick Vale's getting matched to my boat as he touches up the colors on my boat.

You might want to check out Sangster's scoops. Not exactly like that one but I think he ahs one pretty close.
I know his scoops work real well.
I got to check out some of his carbon fiber work a few weeks ago. Top shelf stuff.
