For more than forty years, Hallett has been recognized as the undisputed leader in custom performance sportboats, honored numerous times by respected boating publications worldwide for its innovation, craftmanship and overall exellence. Now, thanks to years of development and experience, Hallett brings yoyu its crowning achievment....the 540 Performance Motoryacht, based on a Micheal Peters design. Totally custom and built from scratch, this remarkable performance motoryacht attains new levels of excellence and efficiency. The 540 rides on a technologically advanced ventilated multi-step deep vee hull designed to perform flawlessly with diesel or gasoline engine options and surface-piercing propulsion systems or conventional sterndrives. Each 540 is constructed from proprietary fiberglass composites and a vacuum-bagged lamination process. Assembly and installation of impeccably selected hardware and accessories is performed by highly skilled craftsmen. On the inside, the Hallett 540 is a unique blend of hi-tech componentry and elegant sophistication. Never has such a blend of styling, luxury and performance been embodied within a custom motoryacht. The Hallett 540....perfection in performance motoryachting.

Thanks Rich. Does it come with a Captain? I'd opt for a little different gel. That red just screams "Hey look at me". ( as if the the whole boat doesn't)

You musta just looked like po white trash I was walking past Hallet 2 years ago at Anaheim and the sales guy asked if I wanted to go up in the boat. I sheepishly said that I was "only dreaming", he told me that's where it all starts and insisted on giving me the tour of the 27 footer. I never felt more welcome. I only wish I could've stepped up to it when it finally came time to buy.

They were not that bad at last years show...they talked to us, but I pretty much flew their booth this year.......Also, they don't have to sell their boats...its kind of like Mercedes....they will always have a clientele, and their clientele will probably have money to keep them in business...
That F2 in the Lobby was bad-ass..

The Hallett sales people I have had contact with have been nothing short of great. My next boat (and probably my last boat) is going to be a Hallett. The time I have spent talking with them has shown the knowledge they have in their product, and I have recieved honest answers to my questions. I once thought the Hallett's were way overpriced, but once I met with other manufacturer's, and compared apples to apples, my opinion has changed. The upgrades that you have to pay for in a lot of other boats are standard on the Hallett, so finished prices weren't too far apart. Just my .02
