I recently purchased a new 2004 F350 and had it lifted and replaced the stock wheels, tires, and shocks. They have less than 100 miles on them.

Kilrtoy - I went with the ProComp 8" suspension lift with Fox Racing shocks. The tires are ProComp 37" Xterrain. Total lift is 11" including increased tire size. I am really happy with the way it turned out.
