Is the first one a plastic rub rail? If it is I have seen people use heat guns and bend them.
The second one you can bend any way you can imagine
If its alumnium use a rubber hammer.
Very Carefully.
I just replaced the rub rail on my 18' jet Boat, that aluminum is pretty soft. When you need to go around the Bow or transom just put some of the rubber insert in and Bang it with a Rubber Mallet.
It really wasn't that Hard.
