I know this has been asked and REasked but, I am too lazy to look it up!
I need a detailer in August and have to plan it now.
    Thanks,

Just curious but have you thought about taking on the task yourself? Buy some good products and do it. With a boat the size of yours I would imagine it taking you about 8-10 hours to do if you had a friend helping you out.
I did a full detail on my boat 2 weeks ago. By myself I managed to wash and wax the hull, clean the glass to a sparkley shine; clean condition and seal the seats and did it all in about 4 hours. My boat is only 19' though. The thing is shinier then new. Before doing the detail I had never waxed anything but my neighbor details high end cars for a living and showed me what to do. It was so easy I dont think I will ever pay someone to wax my car for me again. The local dealer here was going to charge me $75 an hour for a detail and quoted me 5 hours.

Alot of elbow grease. It takes my two full days to detail my boat.
    And about 20 beers.

Actually, I spend about a half a day on interior. Scrub let dry.
Shampoo carpet, vacuum, wax dash, condition upolstery. Drink beer.
Next day, Wash boat, buff out gelcoat, rub out scratches, wax .
Remove rear platform put on fresh coat on teak oil for teak surfing.
    Drink beer.

What do you do to get the scratches out? I spent a couple hours trying to buff out scratches and it didnt work. I hear you can wet sand and the gel coat blends in with the scratches but afraid to sand the gel coat off.
Last year someone stole my fenders and i got a shit load of scratches as a result.
