I went into the hotel and it was nice. The rates were about $85 per night on the weekends. It is so new it isn't on any Havasus web sites.

I stayed there last year a lot. Made reservations today for next weekend. Cost $72 + tax per night. AARP discount. It is nice to be old.
Hell, the Ramada is OLD and not so clean and they wanted $85 a night with AAA discount.
Rooms at the Island Suites are small but you do get a king bed and a small love seat, stove,frig, and very clean.

You can get a 2bd Condo at the Xandau for $85+; includes the garage (sometimes). PP owner, cleaning feee, etc.
