    Not a bad situation to be in.
    From what I was reading, Barrons and Rivieras accelerate hard in the straights, but do not handle the turns as well as a Biesmeyer.
    I am sure some of the old skoolers will hop in.

    Hey Don, where's this raised cap rail you said the boat had??????
    These boats were originally designed by Rusty B for Julian P. Julian didn't like it (crashed it) and returned the molds to Rusty. Rusty sold them to Al Burns and whallah,,,,the Riviera was born.
    Its should have a higher deck seam than a Barron sprint.
    1986 National champion in SS Max Harding in a Riviera.

    Art thats the same style floor my B has, it is one of the non-bolsa floors. I must say that looks really clean.

    ya know after looking at all these barrons and biezers that are getting restored.....i was just thinking mine is in pretty good shape for a 77.......just thinking out loud i guess...i sure need a winter project but dont want to put 8 or 9 k into a boat right now.......bet noone has a barron like this with mod tail feathers though........http://www.***boat.com/image_center/...0/1789adsf.JPG

    Thats a great looking boat....only needs 3 things to make it perrrrfect!
