Looking for help estimating value of boat?

Hello,
I am new to the site and have already found a ton of usefull information.(Great Forums)
I however can't for the life of me find alot of info regarding the maker of my boat.(I know they make great hull's and were renouned for making racing hulls in the 70's)
Here is my problem:
I currently own a 1987 Cole 21' open bow jet boat and am thinking of upgrading to something in the 26-28' variety.
I have never seen my exact hull in the boat trader or on the river and have really no idea what it is worth.(I have an idea)
Here are the details:
1987 Cole (3rd owner)
hull condition and paint is probablly a 8 out of 10-pretty nice
paint is white,yellow and orange(Not over the top)
We recently installed a 500hp 496 BBC (Dyno confirmed) 12 hours on motor and built by a reputable shop.
New starter
New alternator-upgraded
We just installed a brand new (blue printed) Berkley pump
Interior and carpet is new with less than 1 season of use.
New gauges
New throttle and diverter cables
Custom stereo-2 12's,2 amps,8 speakers
dual batterys
Overall the boat is bitchin and runs in the 60-65 mph range fully loaded(I think a new impellar would get you 70+ on a good day)
I don't know if the boat is old enough to be considered restored but if it was it would be close to 98% restored.
I have all reciepts for maintence,repairs and upgrades.
So what do you think?All feedback is appreciated!

I would encourage you to remember that the NADA book does
nothing more than depreciate from the cost of the boat new to
it's present age. Unlike the car and truck NADA and Kelly blue books that show "current market value" based on input from
thousands of used car and truck dealers, the boat book is
what most dealers refer to as a "straight line depreciation"
guide. In other words, it will show a Conquest losing value at
the same rate as a Bayliner or Sea Doo.
I like to get out my old 4 to 6 month old Boat Traders and call
similar boat owners to see what they actually sold their boats
for (assuming they did). Most people make the mistake of
paying attention to what current sellers are asking and not
what they actually get for them.

will pay you for it. Not what the masses say it is worth,but what

or didn't pay for it and what you owe are all irrelavant.

And I heard that if its got pink in the gel, it takes an extra hit.
Find comparable sales will be the best indicator of value. Whether its online or through the trader mags, different locales may have different prices for the same boat due to simple supply and demand.

Thanks for your input guys.
I have seen other boats in similar if not worse condition go for 11K-15K.
Sad part about it is I have more than that in my pump and motor.
