Here we are 5 years to the day after my wife broke her foot at home while I was working out of town in San Diego. So Now I am working in Cerritos.
So she decides to go to SF to Fishermans Warf on this the anniversary of her broken foot last weekend. While in one of those campy attractions (Ripleys.... I believe, or maybe not) She trips in one of the rooms and does a face plant on a bench. Broke her cheek bone, finger and could have broken her neck if she had hit a little different.
Working out of town sucks.........
OMG! Is she ok? Poor thing....
She's pretty shook up and her face is swollen up like mad, but she's looking at the bright side. The thing that kills me is all she could think of was getting home, she didn't even report the fall to the people at the place...
Every once in a while I have to do an out of town stint. That is what worries me if something happens to the family while I'm gone. Thoughts make the mind wonder.:frown: Hope she is alright.

Thanks, she's tough... She will get over the injuries, it just kills me not being there.
I just can't deal with the road warrior crap anymore... I really need to get a job near home!
