    In West Sacramento County, just heard the emergency broadcast. Not sure of the details but I think its effecting the farm land off of Hwy 99 for the moment................ :cry: :cry:

    the forecast is for more rain....
    the water co.'s are probably upset. hard to raise rates when there's water everywhere. they'll drain folsom though... in anticipation of a future drought.

    It maybe me, but they seem to have a lot of floods in NorCal
    Thats because with all the levees theyve built its like New Orleans here, everything is below the river level, and on top of that the levees are 100 yrs old.

    They've been talking about the levee system there since I was 5 and nothing's been done about it! Katrina hits and every levee in the United States is under a microscope. They keep raising our taxes and still nothing gets done! It's all Bullsh!t! :cry:
