Calif. man killed in water skiing accident
A California man died early Friday morning after a water skiing accident on Lake Havasu.
Michael Tolman, 46, of Rancho Cucamonga, was skiing at about 30 miles an hour when he fell. No injures were noticed until about 15 minutes later, when he had trouble breathing, according to Jarrod Lyman, a spokesman for the Mohave County SheriffÂ’s Department
Tolman was taken to Havasu Regional Medical Center, where he died at about 7:45 a.m.
An autopsy is scheduled to determine the cause of death.
