Next up, cutting the injector pockets and machining the fuel rail stock. Anybody have any ideas for fuel rail stand offs.
Are you making your own fuel rails or buying a length of the stock ?
The material I had just needed to be tapped for 3/8" NPT on the ends. My fuel rail material was a D shape as viewed from the end.
The hole for the fuel was off center enough to allow for two 1/4" holes drilled next to it and that's what I mounted it with. I just came off the center manifold mounting bolts with a 1/4 x 4 alum plate that lapped alongside the fuel rail. You could do something similar with a plate mounted off your injector block.
