New at this forums, I own a 1982 16ft centery (5 meter river boat) This boat came stock with a 470 (4 cylinder) with an alpha1 gen1 mercruiser outdrive. Now I have replaced the motor with a 320hp v-8 the boat has through hull exhaust and I aslo replaced the outdrive gears to 1:50. I currebtly have a ballistic propwith a 22 pitch. M y question is, any body have an Idea on how fast this boat will run? Iwould love to hear any info on this if possible!

At 4800 rpm and 15% slip you should be around 56 mph
