Yes its sold from what I hear a group bought it.
But part of the deal is John stays on for 2 years and shows them how to run the place and the races.
Its been for sale for quite awhile....just who has that kind of cash?
Has anyone else seen the For Sale Sign at Blarneys Island?
A Friend Just Called Me And said that it has been sold .
I know that it was up in the air.
Jon hailey Probaly was figuring out a way to screw the Buyer eek!

Just as long as they keep the races and the party atmosphere. Who knows maybe they might improve it a little.
KK-Did you ever buy that barrel of oil?
When do the races kick off?
Yeah, when do the races start? We're gonna try and run that hydro we just got down there this year. Right now the boat is getting paint, after that it should be back together pretty quick. Keep your eyes peeled for a neon yellow Cole named "Chemical Dependance." I think I may also bring my flat down and see what she'll do. No name on that boat yet, but I'm leaning towards "Wisconsin Death Trip." I know we won't run the entire season, but we're gonna try and make 4 or 5 races.

"Wisconsin Death Trip." Static-X.........
Static X it is. The original title "Wisconsin Death Trip" was from a book, thats where Wayne and the boys stole it from. I figured I had to get some pleasure out of living in Wisconsin, hence the name. I think I'm gonna have the name airbrushed on the side towards the back on top of the burgandy. I'm leaning towards something similar to Westcoast Choppers logo.

Back to boating, I hope you guys benefit from the change of ownership, it always sounds like a great venue and a good time.
I like to hear accounts of the action up that way and pictures are always welcome wink
Hayes will let ya know when the barrel is in.
As for racing starting I will post tomorrow....but I think test n tune starts the 15th?
Thanks KK. I am going up to Tradewinds Marine on Sat. to get some, they have a barrel and I need some for this weekend.(if it doesn't rain) Let me know on your barrel though, if you need someone to pitch in to take some oil off your hands I would be glad to.
