I don't run that one but one from Rex Marine..
Three connections there.
1. Into the valve from the pump high pressure.
2. Out of the valve through the T and out of the barbed fitting to your engine.
3. Out of the pressure reducer to the Transom fitting. Excess pressure dump line.
These are designed to dump excess pressure overboard. That hose that is attached is your dump line.

The one at HiTec looks very plug and play. It has all the parts hooked together and ready to go. Do you guys have anything like that or can you advise me on which parts I need to buy to have everything I need.
I have a 12 JG with a ball valve on the intake side and that is it. I do have an available dump fitting on the transom so I wont need to add that.

I have the Rex one...
I installed it using brass fittings from Home depot as Budgey would not permit me to complete my SS hose and fittings..
Out of my pump I used 3/8 length of pipe to a 3/8 female to 1/2 male adapter.
From there I used all 1/2 brass pipe and t's to plumb a "manifold". It starts with a ball valve (Used for shut off only) to a T fitting where I have the pressure bypass. The bypass plumbs to a transom dump.
The next stop on the T is another t that I pull a water pressure gauge off of and the final stop is a fitting for my water to engine hose.

I use a watts from grainger.. I think it was like 33 dollars. Seems to work pretty good so far.
