460rogers, it's paint. I got a hell of a deal on it. My buddy owns a body shop and did all the work. All I had to pay for was the materials. I wish I had a before picture so you could see what a piece of shiat this boat was when I bought it.
Also the paint has been on the boat for about five years now. Not one scratch on it. The clear they used is called "Graffiti clear". It's suppose to be some tough stuff.
