    propless,you can make sharp bends with the 40 OZ. carpet no problem.Most new boat dealers apply the carpet using industrial contact cement.The easiest way to apply it is with a 2 1/2 gallon glue pot(paint tank).You can look at Craftsman tools online,part #16102 under spray guns to see what I'm talking about.
    If you decide to do it yourself,I can give you some pointers to help you out.

    Have a professional do your gelcoat. If you are around the west coast try Havasu Barney.

    Ratso, I think your on the right track and your providing good info. But what about the guy on a budget? I'm thinkin "peel & stick" tile from the local Do-It center. Lots of colors and patterns to choose from and cleans easy with a little mop n glo. Whadda think LDFTRBT
