Yes, Teague has intercoolers and intercooler parts for them, so does Cp performance. The price is about $1695 for the chiller. Automotive and mercruiser 177 blowers use different pulleys as one has a keyway and 1 is splined. I got my chiller used, as a lot of people go to bigger blowers after they get the need for more boost. That little blower really has to work hard to make 5+ psi and it sounds like a million bees under the engine hatch at WFO. The basic recipe for the Merc 525SC is: 1050 Dominator, rectangle port heads (cast#088?) 4 bolt block, forged rods, blower pistons for 7.5 to 1, gil offshore manifolds, and the weiand 177 made for merc with Mercruiser SC cast on the blower housing, and a crane cam with roller rockers. This engine is basically an old HP 420 with blower pistons. These motors seem to be really reliable. Mine is a 1995 in a checkmate and runs OK, no complaints but does not rule the river.
