There's a cleanout under the sink which isn't too far from the toilet. I think this is where they went in, I wasn't here at the time. I just ran a 25 footer down there and didn't do a thing.

prob a soft clog near the the exit of the building should be a cleanout outside.Could be much further than 25ft
