Check the level in your lower unit reservoir mounted on the transom or on the front starboard valve cover, has a sensor in it.
I have a 2001 23ft. Cobra with a 6.2 Mercruiser. Just last weekend while running, it began to beep every minute. I looked into it in the manual, it read that it only beeps when the Oil Pressure, Water Temp, and Gear Oil is low. It is not a fail safe issue because the boat runs fine. I am curious if it monitors anything else or do i need to replace the sensors.

Changed the impeller recently? ECM also monitors water PRESSURE from the sea-pump. This syndrome is usually sea-pump related.
Like the guys above said , check the drive monitor bottle for fluid level or,the sensor wire may have come off .
if you don't already have a SmartCraft system , get a water pressure gauge for your boat and plumb it into the thermostat housing on the right side where there's a plug you can put a fitting in . I've marked the location in thes picture . Minimum pressure is around 0.8
at idle and it goes up to 20-25 at WOT .
