We have a pretty tight crew her at work and they police themselves about that kinda crap. They know when it needs to be shut down.

When working at the boat shop, the guys always listened to Rap (Crap that I hate). I got tired of it so one night I changed the station to country music and filled up the tuner with resin. Never heard rap out of that radio again.
Have you considered anger management courses?
